KQ10-22 Lockable gas spring is supplied by Winson Gas Spring. It is a lockable spring, designed to provide locking and adjustable force in low or medium pressure range. It is a gas-filled device containing nitrogen gas within a tension-loaded steel cylinder tube which pushes a piston rod against the force of a spring. The gas is pressurized, which allows the piston rod to move until it compresses the spring and creates pressure in the cylinder. The movement of the piston rod is adjustable and the spring will remain in the locked position once the desired pressure is achieved.

The KQ10-22 lockable gas springs are widely used in applications such as desks, monitor stands, etc. They are easy to install and provides safe, adjustable and comfortable movements.

In addition, the adjustable gas spring also allows precise adjustment to be made to the stiffness of the device to give exact tension needed for different applications. It is an ideal locking solution for small to mid-sized devices with lower pressure applications, such as furniture, displays, transportation systems, and more.
